The NPM2100-CAAA-R is a highly integrated ultra-low-power PMIC specifically designed for primary disposable batteries, optimized for BLE IoT devices, wearables, and industrial wireless sensors.
Core Functions
Input Voltage Range: 0.7V - 3.4V
Power Conversion: Integrated high-efficiency boost converter (max 150mA output, 1.8V-3.3V) and auxiliary LDO load switch (max 50mA, 0.8V-3.0V) with peak conversion efficiency up to 95%
Ultra-Low Power Consumption: Only 150nA quiescent current in normal mode, 35nA in ship mode to prevent battery drain during storage and transportation
Battery Management: Built-in fuel gauge for precise battery capacity monitoring, TWI/I2C communication bus, and two configurable GPIO pins for peripheral control
System Protection: Embedded watchdog reset, hard reset button, boot failure recovery, overvoltage & undervoltage protection
Compact Design: 1.9×1.9mm WLCSP-16 packaging requiring only six external passive components to simplify PCB design and reduce BOM cost
