Core Functions
PAC1944T-E/4MX is a four-channel high-precision DC power monitor produced by Microchip, supplied in QFN-28 packaging.
  • Integrates four independent power measurement channels, supporting simultaneous sampling of voltage and current for four power rails to calculate real-time power consumption
  • Built-in low-offset bidirectional current sense amplifiers, supporting high-side current sampling without breaking the ground loop
  • Measures both positive and negative currents to monitor charge and discharge states of batteries
  • Ultra-wide measurement range: voltage detection up to 32 V per channel; configurable current sense gain adapts to microampere to ampere level loads
  • High measurement precision: built-in 16-bit analog-to-digital converters, low measurement drift across full temperature range
  • Integrated temperature sensor for internal die temperature monitoring
  • Standard I2C communication interface, compatible with multi-drop bus topology
  • Interrupt output pins to alert the main MCU once power over-limit events are detected
  • Multiple power-saving operating modes including single-sample mode and sleep mode
  • Industrial temperature grade of -40 °C to +125 °C
