Compact electronic fuse with integrated load protection for DC power rails in USB hubs, industrial sensors, and portable electronics.
Core Functions
- Wide input voltage range of 2.7 V to 24 V, designed for low-to-medium voltage DC power rails with 30 V transient surge voltage tolerance
- Internal power FET with low on-resistance supporting 3 A continuous operating current and accurate cycle-by-cycle overcurrent limiting
- Built-in protection mechanisms: overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown protection, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO)
- Integrated fast output discharge circuit for rapid residual charge elimination
- Simple enable control pin for convenient MCU power gating management
- Operating temperature range of -40 ℃ to 125 ℃ for industrial and consumer electronic equipment
