Product Overview
NSI45090JDT4G is a 45V adjustable Constant Current Regulator (CCR) designed for LED constant current driving applications. This device is widely used in automotive, signage, architectural, and industrial lighting systems, packaged in DPAK (TO-252-3) format.
Core Functions & Features
Self-Biased Transistor Technology: Utilizes SBT core technology with maximum withstand voltage of 45V. Default constant current output of 160mA, adjustable between 90mA-160mA via external resistor on Radj pin.
Thermal Protection: Built-in negative temperature coefficient characteristic where current decreases as temperature rises, effectively suppressing LED thermal runaway and protecting LEDs from overcurrent burnout during voltage fluctuations.
Low Voltage Operation: Requires only 0.5V minimum compliance voltage to stabilize output current. No complex peripheral circuits needed, can function as high-side or low-side current source independently.
Dimming & Scalability: Supports PWM dimming compatible with MCU control. Multiple chips can be paralleled to expand output current for high-power LED loads.
Robust Performance: Wide operating temperature range (-55℃ to +175℃) with ±15% current regulation accuracy. Designed for stable performance in automotive and industrial harsh environments.
