The CAT24C08WI-GT3 is an 8K-bit (1K*8-bit) CMOS serial EEPROM designed for low-power non-volatile data storage in industrial and consumer devices.
Core Functions
  • Non-volatile data storage: Retains data for 100 years without power
  • Bidirectional data transfer: Write 1-16 bytes to page buffer, then write to memory in one internal cycle; serial data output with automatic address incrementing
  • Hardware write protection: Protects the entire memory array
  • Multi-device support: Up to 2 devices can be addressed on the same I²C bus via external address pins
  • High reliability: Over 1,000,000 program/erase cycles and industrial temperature range (-40°C to 85°C)
