Introduction
SA572DR2G Dual-Channel Programmable Analog Compandor
SA572DR2G is a dual-channel programmable analog compandor with adjustable attack/recovery time, designed for professional audio dynamic range compression, expansion and noise reduction applications.

Product Functional Overview
The SA572DR2G is a dual-channel, high-performance analog gain control compandor circuit. Each channel integrates a full-wave rectifier for input signal average value detection, a linearized temperature-compensated variable gain cell, and a dynamic time constant buffer circuit.
The buffer enables independent adjustment of attack time and recovery time with few external components. It features lower low-frequency gain control ripple distortion compared with traditional compandors. It supports dynamic range compression and expansion for analog signals, and is mainly used for audio noise reduction, automatic volume control and dynamic signal processing.
Supply voltage range: 6.0 V ~ 22 V; package: SOIC‑16; operating temperature: −40 °C to +85 °C.
