Technical Overview
AM3352BZCZ60 is a TI Sitara industrial-grade 32-bit ARM Cortex-A8 microprocessor running at 600 MHz. It integrates NEON multimedia coprocessor, hierarchical cache memory, SGX530 3D graphics accelerator, LCD display controller, resistive touch controller and PRU-ICSS industrial real-time communication subsystem.
This device supports external DDR2/DDR3 memory and NAND/NOR flash via GPMC interface. It is equipped with abundant peripherals including dual Gigabit Ethernet, high-speed USB 2.0, CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, MMC/SD, as well as 12-bit ADC, eHRPWM, eCAP and eQEP modules for motor control. It features multi-domain power management, wide industrial temperature range and compatibility with Linux and real-time operating systems.
