• Constant Current Regulation: Provides stable output current (default 90 mA, adjustable up to 160 mA ±15%) over wide input voltage range (3.6 V to 45 V)
• Adjustable Output: Current can be precisely set using external resistor connected to the Radj (Adjustment) pin
• Wide Voltage Compatibility: Operates from 3.6 V up to 45 V, capable of withstanding high voltage surges
• Self-Biased Transistor (SBT) Technology: Enables operation without external components, configurable as high-side or low-side regulator
• Negative Temperature Coefficient: Protects LEDs from thermal runaway by reducing current as temperature increases
• Fast Turn-On: Reaches 20% of regulation with only 0.5 V anode-cathode voltage (Vak)
